De afkorting\u00a0 COPD staat voor Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Chronische Obstructieve Longziekte).<br \/>\nKlachten die bij COPD kunnen horen, waar fysiotherapie bij kan ondersteunen;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verminderd uithoudingsvermogen<\/li>\n<li>Verminderde kracht<\/li>\n<li>Benauwdheid<\/li>\n<li>Kortademigheid<\/li>\n<li>Hoesten\/opgeven van sputum<\/li>\n<li>Moeite met ontspannen (ademen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fysiotherapie kan\u00a0 helpen bij het\u00a0 makkelijker opbrengen van sputum door het aanleren van ademtechnieken. Daarnaast is het van belang dat uw uithoudingsvermogen en kracht getraind wordt zodat u zo fit mogelijk wordt of blijft.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe kan u dat bereiken?<\/h2>\n<p>De therapie zal met name bestaan uit oefentherapie waarbij, afhankelijk van uw doelen, getraind wordt.
